Order delivery
1. The delivery of the Goods takes place to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order. Goods sent outside of European Union require individual arrangements of transport costs with store employees.
2. The standard delivery of the ordered Goods is via TNT and DPD courier services. Delivery costs are indicated in the “Payments and delivery” tab. For non-standard orders – transport costs are determined individually depending on the type of order.
3. When placing an order for different goods from different manufacturers, delivery costs do not increase.
4. The deadline for delivery is up to 60 business days, unless a different deadline is provided in the product description on the website. The commencement of the delivery period depends on the method of payment:
4.1 bank transfer, payment card, electronic payments; from the date of crediting the Seller’s bank account, the delivery is made to the place indicated by the Customer on the order form
5. Upon receipt of the parcel delivered by courier or collected in person, the Service Recipient is obliged to check the condition of the Goods or the delivered parcel with its contents.
6. In the event of damage, the Customer is obliged to notify the employee at the scene of the event, who will complete the complaint protocol or report to the courier delivering the goods about the condition of the shipment and the cause of the damage, which should be written down on the complaint form of the courier company, returned to the courier with confirmation of delivery of the document.
When collecting the parcel from the courier without checking the content and finding irregularities, you should report it to the courier company within 7 days of receiving the parcel and send information about the event to the Service Provider to the e-mail address info@modforma.eu
